Associated music reading and dancing

About fifty spectators, including Mayor Bruno Brochard, let themselves be transported by the captivating reading of Laure Pointeau, recounting with emotion the work of Jean Giono The man who planted trees Sunday, at the multipurpose hall of Moléans.

This moment of poetry was accompanied on the clarinet by Jean-Luc Grare. Deputy within the municipality, he performed works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johannes Brahms, Jacques Lancelot and Camille Saint-Saëns.

This text, which was written in 1953 by an author in love with men and their relationship with nature, constitutes an avant-garde awareness of sustainable development.

The musical reading was followed by the show “Balance or imbalance” performed by artists Carlos Blanco and Johanna Rebolledo, from the Manitas company. This contemporary dance duo, with beings in choreographic osmosis, offered an invitation to move differently in which they danced, expressed themselves, frozen, carried and repelled. They sought balance with their bodies and their words as well as with objects materializing knowledge. The expression “Anima sana in corpore sano”, or “a healthy mind in a healthy body”, often attributed to Pierre de Coubertin, then took on its full meaning,

These two shows were financed by the commune of Moléans and the Community of communes of Grand Châteaudun.
