The final draw for the TotalEnergies Algeria 2023 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations will take place on Wednesday, February 1 at the Cercle National de l’Armée in Algiers, Algeria.
This was revealed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on its official website.
“The ceremony, scheduled for 12:00 p.m. local time (11:00 GMT, 1:00 p.m. in Cairo) will be broadcast live on CAF’s digital platforms and partner television channels,” explains the African body.
Besides Algeria (host country), ten teams will take part in the African tournament, including Morocco, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mali, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Congo and Zambia.
As a reminder, the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Algeria from April 29 to May 19 in the cities of Algiers, Constantine and Annaba, which currently host the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship.
