Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s second child has arrived.
Montag gave birth to baby No. 2 on Thursday after the couple’s previous struggles to conceive.
“Heidi delivered a baby boy at 11:31 am on Thursday, November 17, weighing 7 lbs. and 9 oz.,” a rep for the couple told Entertainment Tonight.
“It was an easy birth that took around 45 minutes. Mom and baby are happy and healthy.”
Pratt went on to share TMZ’s article of the birth on his Instagram Story, further confirming the news.
Montag, 36, and Pratt, 39, became parents in October 2017 when son Gunner, now 5, arrived.
While the “Hills” alums were vocal about their plans to give him a sibling, they experienced fertility struggles over the years.
In order to increase her chances of conceiving, Montag had a hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure in 2021 before turning to more unconventional methods the following year — eating raw liver and bison heart.
“I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half. I’m willing to try different things,” she explained to People in March.
When the singer announced her pregnancy news three months later, she told her Instagram followers that she “hysterically” cried over her positive test.
“Gunner asked me why I was crying and I told him I was so happy because he is going to be a big brother!” she wrote in June. “To say we are all thrilled is an understatement. I am so thankful! We are so excited for the journey ahead.
“I have been hoping and praying for this moment for so long!” she concluded.
“Definitely getting bigger faster with the second baby,” she revealed in June while posing in athleisure.
Montag and Pratt wed in November 2008.
