The Brazilian brand of sandals, belonging to the Alpargatas group, continues its dynamic started since two years

. In the third quarter of 2022, the company unveils revenue up 15 percent compared to the same period last year.

With 7 million pairs of sandals sold in just three months, during the third quarter of 2022, the Havaianas brand is doing well and claims to be winning over more and more consumers around the world.

“Globalization is a strategic pillar of the company. We are moving forward and achieving good results. In some of the key markets, our growth has been even more remarkable. We achieved a 17 percent increase in volume in the EMEA (Europe) region. The increase is more than 47 percent in the LATAM (Latin America) region and more than 32 percent in the APAC (Asia and Pacific) regions via distributors,” Alpargatas CEO Roberto Funari.

Globally, Havaianas revenue in the third quarter of 2022 reached $204 million, up 12 percent at constant currency from the third quarter of 2021.

Founded in 1962, Havaianas is distributed in more than 130 countries, including 20 directly, via subsidiaries.
