Inwi sets up a ‘Fan Zone’ to support the Lions

The telephone operator Inwi is setting up a “Fan Zone” in Casablanca to follow the matches of the Atlas Lions live… but not only.

Inwi, official partner of national football, will set up a “Fan Zone”, a space dedicated to supporters of the National Team, on the esplanade of the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca.

The matches of the national team at the 2022 World Cup, as well as various first round matches, will be followed live on a giant screen. Said “Fan Zone” will also have a gaming area, a billiards-football area and virtual reality games.

True to its commitment to social action, the global operator inwi, through its “Dir iddik” initiative, will organize the viewing of national team matches in child protection centres. Following the launch of a call for dedicated volunteers, more than 80 volunteers will be involved in this operation which will concern 4 Moroccan cities: Fez, Casablanca, Taroudant and Laayoune. These volunteers will participate in the installation of large screens and connectivity in the rooms while organizing various activities for children.

The journey of Atlas lions starts on November 23 at 1 p.m. against Croatia at Al Rayyan Stadium, before their duel with Belgium on November 27 at 10 p.m. at Al Bayt Stadium, and to conclude, a match against Canada on December 1 at 6 p.m. hours at Al Rayyan Stadium.
