The mobile does not show off when it comes to photography. On the back, it sports a triple block with a 64 Mpx wide-angle module whose lens opens at f / 1.7, coupled with two other sensors (macro and depth) of 2 Mpx each (f / 2.4). The majority of competitors offer an ultra-wide-angle module, which is absent here. This absence costs him a few points.
the Realme GT Master has a similar main sensor, and we are going to be able to compare them. In their standard mode, mobiles use the technology of the pixel binding, which combines four pixels into one. They therefore capture 16 Mpx images here.
Main module: 64 megapixels, f/1.7, eq. 26mm
During the day, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G delivers a satisfactory result, but not at the level of the Realme GT Master. Despite good exposure and controlled colorimetry, it fails to deliver the same level of detail and sharpness. The shot also lacks a bit of contrast. It will be possible to take good pictures in well-lit places, but the competition often does a little better.
At night, it gets seriously bad. Excessive digital smoothing drastically reduces the level of detail. The Realme does not shine in the exercise either, but retains significantly more information, despite the appearance of a fairly pronounced digital noise. So he keeps the advantage.
64 megapixel mode
It is possible to take pictures in full definition through the settings. The 64 megapixel shot unfortunately does not provide more detail. A statement that applies day and night.
Portrait mode, selfies and video
At the front, there is a 16 Mpx sensor whose lens opens at f / 2. It allows you to capture rather convincing selfies, with a fairly high level of detail. The management of the dynamics can become risky in the event of strong light sources, but the colorimetry is intended to be quite natural.
The smartphone is capable of filming in Full HD at 30 frames per second. Nothing transcendent, but the result is correct and allows you to take nice shots. Once again, the competition offers more possibilities in video.
