Shelter-Afrique disburses USD 18.5 million for new housing projects in the DRC

The pan-African housing finance institution, Shelter-Afrique, approved on September 19, 2022 in Nairobi (Kenya), a commercial loan of 18.5 million USD to the real estate development company called Maison Super Développent (MSD), based in Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo. Projects planned in this framework include the Jumbo office building in Kolwezi, the Alilac office building project in Lubumbashi and the Munua housing project in Lubumbashi, which are expected to be completed in 2022, 2023 and 2024 respectively.
