Business investment in the province has recorded a rapid growth rate thanks to numerous projects.

For its part, the Provincial People’s Committee ordered the relevant sectors to focus on improving the consumer price index (CPI), emphasizing the reform of administrative procedures, investment promotion, especially foreign investment. At present, Bac Ninh attracts many multinational companies.

This result is the result of the significant contribution of the Provincial Department of Customs, with regard to the implementation of solutions concerning the organization, professional training, improvement of infrastructure, modernization of customs operations, etc.

It should be noted that the close cooperation between the Customs Office and the Industrial Zones Management Committee of this province has helped companies to carry out their investment projects, without affecting production or commercial activity. .

According to Trân Duc Hùng, director of the Bac Ninh Customs Department, there are more than 4,100 companies involved in import-export, including major companies such as: Samsung, Canon, Amkor, Goertek, Foxconn , Luxshare, etc.

Since the beginning of this year, Bac Ninh’s import-export turnover has reached more than 148 billion USD. The payment to the State, under the control of Bac Ninh customs, amounted to 10.533 billion VND. These figures would allow Bac Ninh to successfully finalize the transfer to the state budget, as requested by the General Office of Customs and the Ministry of Finance.
