TAG Heuer endows its Carrera Polychrome tourbillon chronograph watch with a magnificent colored gradient

A figure in luxury watchmaking since its creation in 1860, TAG Heuer has forged a place of choice thanks to its expertise associated with its innovative creations. Today, the Swiss watchmaker is taking advantage of its experience acquired over the years to enrich its TAG Heuer Carrera tourbillon chronograph range with a new watch, the Polychrome. The latter, limited to 150 copies, highlights the creativity of the brand by displaying a magnificent gradation of colors within it.

A strikingly contrasting watch

In order to mark the link with the history of the brand, the 45mm Polychrome features the same case but also the same bezel and the same bracelet as the Carrera Nanograph. Said strap, in matt black alligator leather, fits perfectly with the blackness of the Grade 5 titanium that makes up the case as well as the carbon tachometer bezel. Titanium also finds its place on the push buttons but also on the screwed sapphire crystal case back which is adorned with a special engraving with the copy number.

Then, in order to give color to this mixture of titanium and carbon, while acquiring its own identity, the Polychrome embeds an attractive color gradient. Obtained thanks to the meticulous work of Positive Coating, the gradation reveals all its colors by the deposition of metallic oxides in transparent layers of extreme finesse.
