After launching the legal transformation of emlyon in 2018, the CCI accelerates the development of the school and the Confluences 2025 strategic plan, aiming to elevate emlyon to the rank of the best European and global institutions. The Confluences 2025 plan is articulated around three main axes:

  • Internationalization
  • Hybridization
  • Digitization

In this context, the CCI Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne Roanne, majority shareholder of the school, with the support of Bpifrance, decides to strengthen emlyon’s shareholding with a capital increase and the entry into the capital of a French group that is a world leader in the higher education sector, Galileo Global Education and emblematic companies in the Lyon region, including BioMérieux.

With Galileo Global Education, emlyon will thus strengthen its international development, by having 4 campuses in the short term in London, Milan, Berlin and Oslo.
