Agadir has for a few days been emptied of its last national visitors. The summer season is over and today is the time to take stock within the Regional Council of Tourism (CRT) of Agadir Souss Massa. The entity held its board of directors and general meeting on Thursday, September 15, with the highlight of the term of office of the outgoing executive office. It was an opportunity to review the activity and in particular the heavy fallout of the health crisis on the previous financial year.
For everyone, 2021 has been one of the worst years for the destination with significant drops due to the closure of nearly 45% of beds and a drastic decline in demand. To revitalize the destination, the CRT says it has carried out several promotional actions to relaunch the destination.
